标题: 清理一部分斑竹和部长并调整权限
作为橘汁仙剑网四周年计划之一，我们需要对一批长时间不登录的斑竹和部长进行清理，腾出位置给新鲜的血液。这些被清理的斑竹，也对橘汁仙剑网作出了不少的贡献，橘汁一直都记在心里，我也理解很多人也有自己的事情或者一些其他原因，所以可能不会回来了，所以我就把你们的工作转给新的橘友吧。

根据我们的统计，一些斑竹和部长已经很久没有来过了：

为了对这些斑竹和部长表示感谢，取消权限之后，我会给每一个人补偿一定的VIP月数，具体的天数根据在位表现而定。

另外，我也会在近期完成对部长和斑竹的权限调整，给斑竹和部长更大的空间。我们也希望更多优秀的人加入我们的管理队伍。

橘汁还留有期望吧。那这事先行搁置吧，如果清洗太快而补充不足，感觉很麻烦啊。版主也好，部长也好，可以不在（或者说无作为），但是不能没有（那就是不健全了）。（所以这事如果能投票，我投反对呢~~）

要调整，我觉得可以等到有人申请相应职务嘛（申请一个，调整一个）。
